Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless operations handover
- Resolve operational issues and optimize warehouse efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Available for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with flexible overtime
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required
