Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory management using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient order fulfillment and safety compliance
- Conduct daily safety audits and implement OSHA protocols
- Coordinate with day shift team for operational continuity
- Resolve urgent operational issues during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills during high-pressure situations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Previous night shift experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
