- Supervise and coordinate night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and productivity standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency during overnight hours
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day shift management for operational continuity
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce handling time and errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift team

- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory control methods
