Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient material handling and shipping processes
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Generate daily shift reports and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Respond to urgent operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership background with direct team supervision
- Forklift certification and experience with WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate warehouse environment
