Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift warehouse staff and daily operations
- Optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and staff development
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification and safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of DC transportation regulations
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
