Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 15+ associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Handle incident reporting and documentation
- Conduct daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work 10pm-6am schedule
