Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ night shift associates with performance evaluations and training
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless day-to-night transition
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct quality control audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
