Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock rotation.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules to meet tight deadlines and client requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and address operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience working successfully in a night shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and forklift operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
