Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines during operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met on the night shift.
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Operate warehouse management software to track shipments and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift certification (certification provided if needed).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
