Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift team members, ensuring daily KPIs are met
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and escalate technical issues
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Train new hires on safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up/reach truck)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
