Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom zones.
- Package and label shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company security protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
