Responsibilities
- Forklift & Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts, stock inspections, and ensure proper organization of stockroom areas.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily inspections and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, orderly, and clutter-free workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Reliability: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a valid driver's license.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
