Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping procedures for overnight orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
