Responsibilities
- Efficient Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trailers within strict time constraints.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean background check.
