Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality and compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible overtime
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
