Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan merchandise to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
