Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Load/unload trucks and stage products for distribution
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
