Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives through continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday (weekend flexibility a plus)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to our Manhattan facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
