Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth operational transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
