Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products safely.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet daily volume targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
