Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Documentation: Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
