Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship customer orders in our high-volume distribution center
- Maintain organized inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team overnight
