Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet nightly deadlines
- Maintain organized and safety-compliant warehouse conditions
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth handovers
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
