Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety precision
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
