As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring timely processing of inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Pick, pack, and label orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
