As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our supply chain success. Our Columbus facility offers modern amenities, free parking, and opportunities for career advancement. Shift hours are 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Load/unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
