Responsibilities
- Execute accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory management procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-defect accuracy standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
- Implement safety-first practices in all operational activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
