Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
