Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Documents: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide valid ID.
