Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns and errors.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks efficiently during night operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Assist in the sorting and staging of incoming merchandise to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) reliably.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a significant plus.
