Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage shipments accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and status.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
