Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor and assist in maintaining stock levels.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, reports, and paperwork required for logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Forklift certification is a strong plus but not required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
