Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using material handling equipment
- Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
