Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time order processing and tracking
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for night shifts
- Basic math skills and ability to read shipping labels
