Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train new associates on SOPs and equipment protocols
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems)
- Reliable transportation to 12-hour night shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
