Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift Certification: Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hiring.
