Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages with precision and speed during night operations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts (Cycle Counts).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all logistics tasks.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work full-time nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Valid Forklift Certification (preferred, but training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
