Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support facility cleanliness and dock organization throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in low-supervision settings
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
