Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Log all support tickets and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and handover.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to provide accurate technical guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational basis.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
