Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming support tickets via Zendesk and Slack during the night shift window.
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.

Qualifications
