Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets via Zendesk and Slack during the night shift window.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical resolutions and issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support calls and provide feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, specifically between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office software suites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using TeamViewer or similar tools.
