Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to build our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform minor maintenance tasks to prevent system downtime.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineering personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
