As a critical part of our 24/7 support infrastructure, you will ensure our clients receive seamless assistance during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone and chat, resolving complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems and system errors with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate closely with the day shift engineering team to escalate complex tickets and ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify trends in user issues to contribute to process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
