- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency responses
- Operate security systems including biometric scanners and communication devices

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional security experience with night shift background
- Active DC Security License (SPO) or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in CCTV operation and incident report writing
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass rigorous background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
