Responsibilities
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the facility and grounds to ensure the safety of assets, employees, and visitors.
- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verifying identification and maintaining a secure perimeter.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies following established protocols.
- Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with inquiries while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Must possess a valid Nevada Security License.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background and drug screening process.
