Job Overview:
As a Production Operator on the night shift, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly lines according to safety protocols.
- Monitor production output to ensure efficiency and quality control standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Document production data and report any anomalies immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
