Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met and maintain high efficiency.
- Perform routine quality control checks and report any defects or irregularities immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
