Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical server infrastructure during overnight hours
- Respond to technical alerts and resolve system issues within SLA
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system updates during low-traffic periods
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless handovers and communication
- Document incident reports and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Support user queries via ticketing system during shift hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT operations or system administration
- Experience with Linux/Windows server environments
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
