Responsibilities
- Perform efficient sorting, packing, and shipping of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Conduct routine quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (3rd or 4th shift) with reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all roles.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
