We are currently seeking a highly skilled Night Shift NOC Technician to join our elite technology team in Colorado Springs. Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, server health, and application availability using monitoring tools.
- Respond to critical alerts and tickets generated by the system within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve technical incidents and prevent recurrence.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 engineering teams with detailed diagnostic logs.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations in the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine health checks and maintenance tasks during the night shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement stability improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NOC, Network Operations Center, or Help Desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common network protocols.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Datadog.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for ticket updates and team coordination.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a significant plus.
