Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, injections, and specimen collection
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Coordinate patient flow and triage overnight emergencies
- Administer medications under physician supervision
- Collaborate with night nursing and support staff
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to cover variable overnight schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
